SHIPPING

Smoke Dreams ships Australia-wide on all orders purchased through our online shop, as well as for customers in-store that require delivery.

We offer same day delivery in Melbourne, Monday-Friday during select hours via UBER package at the customers expense.

At this time, we do not ship outside Australia.

Purchases made on Smoke Dreams are shipped from our warehouse in Melbourne, Victoria.

Your order will be shipped on confirmation of payment in full via Direct Bank Deposit, secure payment link and Mastercard, Visa or AMEX.

Shipping fees are calculated through the Australia Post API in our shopping cart.

All parcels are shipped using Australia Post’s Parcel Post service. Customers wanting speedy deliver can choose Express Post or UBER delivery for Melbourne customers.

All parcels are shipped in plain wrapping and will not reveal any information regarding the contents inside. 

Delivery times vary and take between 1 to 14 business days.

When your order is shipped, you will receive notifications from both our system and Australia Post or UBER, including a tracking code for your parcel. If you do not receive a notification within the first 48 hours, please get in touch with us so we can provide the tracking code.

From time to time, Australia Post experiences delays that are outside of our control.

If your delivery is delayed, please check your tracking code. If you suspect your order is lost, please contact us via email shop@smokedreams.com.au

If your order is damaged in transit, please email us immediately at shop@smokedreams.com.au with a photograph and description of the problem.

Our policies regarding product returns, including refunds and exchanges, are in accordance with Consumer Affairs Victoria and the Department of Justice & Regulation.

Sorry, no ‘Change of Mind’ refunds

If a customer is unsatisfied with the quality of a product, e.g., deemed unsafe, faulty or not as described, we will offer a full refund, exchange or replacement. The customer must send a photograph with a description of the problem via email as soon as they become aware of the issue. Management will determine whether the product needs to be returned.

Credits are non-transferable; can be used for multiple purchases to the value of the credit; must be used before the expiry date; cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded unless there is a remaining amount that cannot be conveniently used.
