Honeyrose herbal cigarettes and smoking mixtures are made using traditional manufacturing methods. They begin life as bales of herbs which are broken down then cleaned thoroughly to remove any debris before being moistened to improve handling properties. The petals and leaves are then cut using special equipment and impregnated with honey and fruit juices. Finally the herbs are treated by drying on metals trays in industrial-sized ovens. The finished mixture is now ready to be wrapped, rolled and cut up into what we recognise as cigarettes, or packed as a loose smoking mix in pouches.
